DESCRIPTION
AND USE 

 

OXYBAN  2100 is based on catalysed sodium sulphite which reacts with oxygen to form sodium sulphate. The catalyst is incorporated to speed the reaction.

OXYBAN  2100   is   applied to maintain a specified concentration in the boiler water. The correct treatment level depends on the boiler   pressure and other operating conditions and will be specified by Water Guard's distributor.  

OXYBAN   2100   diluted  with  clean cold water before use. It is very readily soluble and is not corrosive to steel mixing tanks or dosing pumps in concentrated or in diluted form.

POTENTIAL HAZARDS:
 
This product is a mild skin and eye irritant.
 
SPILL PROCEDURE:
 
Flush to drain with copious quantities of water.
Observ local effluent regulations.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
 
Wear suitable protective clothing, rubber gloves and eye/face protection when 
handling the concentrated product.
HANDLING AND STORAGE:
 
Avoid splashing, spillage eye and skin contact, exteremes heat and cold.
Do not ingest.
Replace caps securely after use. 
When using a dosage tank make-up fresh solution daily.
Recommended maximum storage limit is 1 years.
 
 FIRST AID:
 
Skin: Wash well with soap and water.
 
Eyes: Irrigate thoroughly with clean water.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
If any discomfort presists, seek medical attention
