PRODUCT DATA WGF 7100   DESCRIPTION AND USE    WGF 7100 is a special selected blend of organic combustion enhancers  designed  to prevent the formation soot, smut, corrosion  and  slag  deposits, and generally improve combustion in the fire side of oil-fired boilers and diesel engines.   GENERAL SPECIFICATION    appearance ............... dark brown liquid  specific gravity .......... 0.88  flash point ……… 73 deg. C.    TECHNICAL  INFORMATION    The dose of WGF 7100 should be 1 litre to 10 m3 of oil. WGF 7100 should preferably be added to the storage tank prior to bunkering so that the associated turbulence causes mixing.   PACKING   WGF 7100 is available in 25 litre and 200 litre containers.   TRANSPORATION   Class 6.1 ( Poison).

POTENTIAL HAZARDS

Toxic if swallowed.
Severely irritating to eyes, skin and mucous membranes.

HANDLING & STORAGE

Avoid skin and eye contact.

Avoid extremes of temperature.

Store away from oxidising agents and in well ventilated area.

Replace cap securely after use.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Wear protective overalls, rubber gloves and eye/face protection.

SPILL PROCEDURE

Absorb on dry powder and dispose of as toxic waste. Don't allow 

product to discharge directly into rivers or water courses.

 

FIRST AID

 

	EYES            :	Rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical advice.
	SKIN             :	Clean immediately with ethyl alcohol and then wash with soap and water. Contaminated clothing should be laundered before re-use.
	INGESTION :	Give 50ml of liquid paraffin and charcoal to drink. Don't induce vomiting. Seek medical advice.
